Their base prices are very reasonable and they have a ton of incentive deals with saddles and oodles of items on clearance. They also have a great new rider package deal including helmet, breeches, boots, and gloves for under $100 (see summer riding sales/ summer camp package deal) Jeffers - One of my all time favorite affordable sites for any medical or grooming products. Jeffers has great prices on vaccines. Heck - they have great prices on about everything even tack and apparel. When looking for a product, I will check Jeffers first as their prices are rarely beaten by competitors. Jeffers also has their own product line of everything from halters to blankets with low prices on all.
Stateline Tack - I have always been a fan of Stateline Tack and was very happy when they merged with PetSmart and brought a mini Stateline to my local pet store. Unfortunately, the partnership didn't last and the Stateline portion of PetSmart has been disbanded. While this is disappointing, the Stateline website is still going strong and is a great place to find just about everything you need from western saddles to breeches to horse clippers.
Horseloverz (Equiteric) - This website specializes in overstocks and discontinued items and therefore has some amazing prices. They are an Ebay powerseller under the Ebay ID horseloverz as well as equiteric. Their site can be difficult to navigate, because they have such a huge variety of products, but it is worth sifting through. The bad thing about this site is that their inventory is inconsitant and once something is sold out, it is gone for good.
Tack Wholesale.com - Tons of deals on this site. While I wouldn't recommend it for tack unless you just need an affordable piece for schooling, they are wonderful for a variety of barn items. And for all of you schooling barns out there, they offer a bulk purchase section.

St Croix Saddlery - This site has a large selection of new and used goods with another impressive used saddle section. They offer good prices and have a closeout section with some great deals.
Pelham Saddlery - This store has an unbelievable selection of used saddles. If you want a quality saddle, but can't stomach the new prices, you have to check out Pelham Saddlery. On a recent visit to their site I counted over 150 used dressage saddles! Of course, they carry used close contact, used all purpose, and all types of new saddles as well. Wow!
Salem Saddlery - A large site with a little bit of everything! A good place for high end apparel and nameplates.
Dover Saddlery - Dover's Closeout section is famous for it's incredible deals! They also have an impressive personal line.

Well, it's time to admit I was wrong. If you want to buy supplelments, this is the site. You can buy in the container without paying FOB charges. Since they have eliminated the shipping cost problem, they have cornered the market on affordable supplements. I stand corrected!
Cheap Pet Store - Ok, the name of this site called to my inner miser and I had to check this one out. True to their name, they sell at great prices. A great site if you are also shopping for other pets.
