1. Use a sheen spray after you bathe your horse to repel dust and detangle manes and tails. It will shorten your grooming time.
2. Give your tack a once over with a clean rag after every ride to make deep cleaning before a show easier.
3. Keep up on grooming tasks like mane pulling and clipping so you don't have to do a complete makeover before a show.
4. On your day off, prepare a week's worth of supplements servings to cut down on feed prep time. (Or have Smart Pak do it for you!)
5. Rewrap polos after every use.
6. Plan your rides so you have a have a goal rather than approaching each schooling session casually.
7. Keep your tack and grooming items neat and tidy so you don't waste time looking for a piece of equipment.
8. Clear out old unusable products. They may be hiding the product that you need!
9. Most horses are happy to live in the pasture as much as possible.  If you have room for extended turnout, leave your horse out as it will decrease your stall cleaning time and cost you less in bedding supplies.
10. Wash polo wraps in a mesh laundry bag to keep them from getting knotted up.

11. We use the EzAll Horse Washing system with our horses because, as you know, sweat and dirt are a problem here in the summer. But another great use for the EzAll is to keep fly sheets clean throughout the summer. I regularly rinse my fly sheets, and even my dressage pad, with the EzAll when I wash my horse (about every two weeks). I just hang the sheets and pad on the fence and wash the horse and his "clothes" at the same time. The cleaning solution in the EzAll soap is gentle and rinse much cleaner than commercial detergents.
I haven't tried it yet on my winter blankets, but there's no reason it shouldn't work for this as well. Drying time might be an issue in the winter, however. - Robbi in FL
